Bisq is a trusted open-source, Peer to peer decentralized cryptocurrency exchange that runs on software over the TOR Onion network. BISQ Requires no registratioin, No KYC, and you can exchange currencies in many ways including meet in person with other people such as the popular Localbitcoins.com use to offer. Although Bisq has a great concept and many positive features going for it, there are many negatives which loses some stars. For starters, it requires a full software download which makes some users feel uncomfortable. Second, it is a bit more complex to setup and get started trading coins. Thirdly, there are not many users on the platform yet so it is hard to complete trades. Hopefully Bisq will work out some of the flaws and can turn itself into an exchange that can compete with other big names.
Bisq has been trying for years. It is 2020 now and so unfortunate not to see the exchange get more activity.. 🙁
